"Hood" News: Pastor Doug Graduates!

Hooding ceremonies are carried out by institutions of higher education to recognize students who have earned an advanced degree beyond the bachelor's degree.

Last Thursday, nine of us from Metro gathered to watch Pastor Doug and his fellow seminarians be acknowledged (and "hooded" in red fabric) by their professors, and congratulated by families and friends for the completion of their seminary courses. In Pastor Doug's case, he completed his Master Of Divinity degree!
