Blood Drive Sunday
On Sunday, July 22nd, JAC organized a blood drive with Community Blood Services. 36 people came out to donate, surpassing our goal of 20 volunteers! Even though the day-of conditions weren't ideal with the lack of A/C in the gymnasium and a long wait time as the day got busy, the Metro donors toughed it out without any complaints. Community Blood Services has committed to making sure the process is smoother next time when they are back. We hope those who donated will be willing to do so again and those that didn't will give it a shot next time, so that we can help save even more lives!
